My husband, Trevor Girard and I were extremely impressed with the workmanship and courteousness of Westin, Lucas, and Dom. I was also pleased with the brainstorming to come up with a solution to our downstairs lighting needs. A special mention to Dom who was nice enough to bring up our garbage cans on garbage day when he arrived for work. We found them to be friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.
Excalibur came through for us when we discovered a very serious issue with water in our electrical panel! They responded promptly and made it safe for us to keep the power on until hydro could replace the line and they could install a new panel. Lucas and Nate did an excellent job - friendly, very customer focused, and ensured I was in the loop the entire time they were working on site. Lance and Buffy ran the show and were always easy to get ahold of and responsive to any questions I had and also very customer focused. The job had a few unplanned challenges but Lance took ownership of them and they were resolved, and am happy with the end result.
