You don't realize how much you take power for granted until it goes out. Our Generac generator has been a life saver many times. Always reliable and if it ever does have an issue the gang at Excalibur are right on top of it! Buffy and Malissa are always there to help and talk you through, and when a tech is needed Dominic is an absolute pro! Prompt courteous service from all of them! Highly recommend!
I love my Generac installed by Excalibur Electric a few years ago. The machine just had its annual service done by Dom. Dom is a super helpful fellow who answered every one of my many questions today and helped me to get my phone app for the Generac working properly again. He made my day and in fact solved an issue that I had been having for months that I had not previously called and asked to get help with. She has always given rapid response to my emails, payments and customer queries, backing her responses up with proof. I’ve had Excalibur Electric out a few times for different things around the house, from panel issues to installing light fixtures. Lucas has always been awesome to deal with and gets everything sorted quickly without cutting corners. Lance runs a great company and it’s easy to see they actually care about doing good work.
